Designed, selected a combination of materials from the provided stocks, and manufactured a completed product that satisfies initial design requirements and minimize surface deflection.
Final results: 0.51mm deflection.

HVAC Membrane Support Solution
Conducted research & analyze solution for current issues encountered by the support of an HVAC filter membrane unit's support. Initiated primary ideas for Corona surface treatment to increase adhesion between the polymer support and silicon adhesive.

Mechanical Pill Cutter
Designed & 3D Printed an innovative pill cutting device that is also capable of sorting pills into each day's schedule. Users are capable of splitting the pills into portions for ease of consumption and little effort, mainly using body-weight force.
